Choose One Choose One I am writing this letter in support of a conditional use permit (CU2022-0034-APL) to allow EW Real Estate to develop an agritourism oriented special events venue that will host concerts, weddings and other agritourism supportive activities in an intimate orchard setting. This is an ideal location to serve the needs of the growing wine region with the least impact on surrounding properties. I believe that the agritourism concept represents another important source of income to agricultural operators and having an event facility in the area will provide additional opportunities to market products, grow customer base and educate consumers about agricultural industry. I welcome the positive outcome of adding this world class community venue to our area and the broader benefit it will bring to local businesses through an increased awareness of the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the County.
